TOMORROW, January 12th Hoboken stalwarts High Speed Chase (www.highspeedchase.net) will be playing with The Flashing Astonishers – the pride of Syracuse NY. Indie-rockers Hatch will open the show. Special guest and former proprietor of the late, great Liquid Lounge in Hoboken Joe Borzotta will be spinning an eclectic mix of tunes throughout the night. Doors 9:00. Only $3 bucks. Showtime 9:30.
On Friday, January 18th, good-time garage band The Lawndarts will be headlining. American Degenerate will open, followed by Lola (featuring Ed Neenan from the band 360 Loose) from Baltimore.
Uncle Joe’s Bar is located at 154 First Street between Marin Blvd and Provost Street in Jersey City, 2 blocks from the Grove Street Path station.
