life I knew
well. you know how I want to puke and vomit and slander all things presiduncially related.
but sometimes it is easier to hide and smother oneself in the faux safety of our individual realities. faux I will call it because it’s about as permanent as life itself. sometimes it is easier to dream away from what we see as a concrete reality. the horror, the bodies, the 25,000 body bags. at the end of it all may be a list of people shaking hands saying I told you so. but it doesn’t matter anyways because as people untouched by specific tragedies, the unifying force, the unifying disaster is waiting on the backburner waiting to boil over exploding on all of our unsuspecting faces. earlier on tv there were the three hurricanes spawning and churning out into the Atlantic ocean looking very much like the day after tomorrow. perhaps later on in the season when the earth is tilted into the cold zone shit would explode, but one thing you have to say about global warming is that warming will be the effect.
burning on fire skin peeling off burning. i was in a park in jersey city once, jfk park watching the birds fly. realizing that in my lifetime or my children’s especially that the atmosphere will have to be prefabricated and manufactured because we will ruin the one we have. under a bubble, curved like a half shere.
life as a 9 to 5er is actually everything its cracked up to be and more. little weekend breaks, here and there and everywhere. so much energy to not feel as if you are living to work, instead working to live, trying to do other stuff, be involved in other projects. there’s nothing more humanizing than that…the staunchy and retarded world of corpora-hell. the jobs are never bad but what you become at the end of the day is not always about being good. in a good place or position.
i could go on and on to no point or direction.
my yawns after working last night until 2 am and waking at 7 am are pretty thick. tonight is the boy and his other managing bandy guy or guy in a band playing at a place and eating dinner pre event.
I work for redbull like a filthy maniac all next week. oh yeah.
it’s all about money, so they say. all about having more and more and more of what you will never have.
peace of mind, health insurance, a house to call your own. a boat to float away on.
