So, the more I try to reason this whole situation out, the more I realize that the situation is not black and white. There are many shades in between. Think about the money involved in the pursuit of the whole situation: contracts equaling even 10 billion handed to US companies will not even come close to the amount that is being shelled out on a daily basis to fight.

Perhaps it is an ego-driven war, perhaps it is our intention to have the middle east understand that we will not allow them to influence our way of living through terrorist means. However, either way, let’s try to form opinions based on facts, as opposed to some punk rock idealogy of hating the government and suspecting every single facet of it to be working as a function of some conspiracy theory.
