asa’s not on her last legs…though she is not able to walk so well.
so she might just be on her last leg.
my statements were more metaphorical. she can’t get around the same, has to be carried up the stairs and most likely won’t live until 21 like I hoped.
she did not eat the bad food, which is amazing since every vet I ever went to told me to give her foods on that list.
it’s just arthritis.
sad, but not sputtering. she gets around ok.

Thank god about the food. My friend- the one with the cat, she just feels so GUILTY- like she did it or something, by feeding it to him…It’s really just awful.
But, I’m sorry about the arthritis…it really sucks to have to watch someone you love in pain- dog, person, hamster, whatever. 🙁

Sorry to hear about that 🙁 Sounds like you’ve had her a long time? I had a dog who lived to be 18. It’s always nice to have a long-lived pet, but harder to deal with when they get older. All you can do is just love her 🙂 And admire her…
